Our Employment and Training Program is meticulous and magnifies each client’s strengths, skills and abilities while ensuring that each client is properly accommodated and able to successfully obtain gainful and stable employment. Our in-depth intake and evaluation process allows us to get to know our clients on a firsthand basis. 

Having a safe place to sleep at night is one of the basic human needs, unfortunately some of our clients have been robbed of this. IBA Career Services, Inc. partners with organizations to assist our clients with emergency housing.

Our social circles program allows our clients to have a comfortable space to practice social skills, participate in typical activities in social settings, and create friendships and bonds to last a lifetime.

Many of our clients aren't aware of the opportunities and resources that are available to them such as food stamps, health insurance, social security, and it is our job to make sure they are taking full advantage of all of the programs that they qualify for.
